  Bathroom and Lobby, Clean. Customer service, good. The attitude of the staff independently, kinda sloppy but I respect that they speak professionally to the customers. Fries were soggy, the batch was a bit old. Need to be hot and crispy, that's a McDonald's staple. Fillet O'Fish, a marvel since 1965... the steamed bun was not fluffy at all, I think it was just overdone. On another recent occasion I got a big Mac, way too much sauce, I couldnt finish it. I dont think it was the regular click of the sauce gun, I respect someone who appreciates a little extra sauce but I didn't as for it. I had a Quarter Pounder, the 4:1 has been out a bit too long. I know the standard McDonald's holds and the food could use improvement. Otherwise, being a clean establishment with good customer service, the hard part is achieved. Good Job there. This store has potential to be one of the better McDonald's I've seen in Kentucky.

  If you order a coke you have to pull up and wait¡!!!!! The very worst McDonald's in America is been all over the u.s. and this one is the worst!!! You would think whoever owns it would do something! I wish they would open a different McDonald's in west liberty because the one we have is terrible!!! They definitely need a manager!!!!!

  Slow! Always slow. When I got my sausage biscuit, the biscuit must have been cooked yesterday. Died out and rock hard. Did I mention they are always SLOW!
