  Don't ever just ask you cell to call Walton Ky pizza. I got placed with a foreigner at a call center who not only screwed my name up so bad that when my husband went in to pick up my pizza he calls me and said they dont have my order. Long story short...my names Tracey Switzer and they put it in as Gracie Slicer. Then the call center literally charged me almost 11 extra dollars. I call the foreign guy back and he said I ordered extra toppings which I did not then he hung up on me twice. Their stealing small increments of money from probably everyone but I was aware quickly. My bank credited it back and they will be fined but I think the general manager needs to know who their outsourcing the companies calls to scam artists! The manager on duty Tuesday night said he'd give me a refund, the order was wrong too but he lied so im sure after I said please let upper management know about these guys, I highly doubt he could care less but I do! Its the principle. If everyone put a stop to all that, they'd quit stealing from Americans.

  We get pizza at the pizza hut in Walton Kentucky one or two times a month.. it's usually exactly as we ordered except for today I order 5 large 3 topping pizzas and when I got them 1 was just cheese and the others were skimpy on the toppings...

  Got pizza from here tonight. Got 4 pizzas, one didnt have the sauce i choose on it. No sauce at all. The wings I ordered were still pink in the middle, went in the trash. Gf went to pick up the pizza, the cashier acted mad cuz we didnt give her a tip. It was a carryout order. Why would I tip you? For doing the job your paid to do? Anyway, she had an attitude the whole time and slammed the cash register door closed. Won't order from here again. Spent 62 bucks on a meal for attitude and a thin crust pizza that was terrible with no sauce. The box felt like it was less then a pound of food in it. Do better pizza hut

  Ordered carry out arrived few minutes after the quoted time walked in the door and I stood for almost 5 minutes with out being acknowledged young guy making pizza looked at me said nothing lady manager was standing behind counter to the left on her cell phone with her back to me. Finally another customer walked in and banged the door and she turned around to finally acknowledge me. Horrible customer service.
