  4/12/26 6:56pm order # 37 I had ordered a dbl filet-o-fish meal and was told by the drive-thru attendant they don’t have that as meal any longer. I ordered everything that would be in a meal and had to pay for each item separately. I asked the 2nd DT attendant if the meal was still available bc I had ordered it inside using the kiosk a couple of weeks previous. 2nd attendant said she didn’t know…. The reply was rudely interrupted by a lady ( I didn’t get her name ) with black-died hair wearing a hog ring in her nose. She interrupted by saying, “ What? What are you asking her” ( Major attitude ) I tried telling her my concern and she cut me off several times before I had finished. She said everyone doesn’t know the new app and how to work it but yes there is a dbl filet-o-fish meal available and she can fix it. I told her it sounded like an opportunity for training and no need to fix the order bc I didn’t want to hold the people behind me up. She rolled her eyes and walked away. I asked the attendant if that person was her manager, she said yes. Wow!! Big issues with that. Manager in Title only, she demonstrated rudeness & poor customer service skills and a complete lack of leadership. I feel bad for the employees that work her shift(s).

  My drinks & fries were halfway filled. The fries had no salt! My partner asked for no bun & still received buns? Only thing they didn’t mess up was the sauce packs!!
