Asked for the chicken as well and they gave me a half scoop, I asked for a little more and they tried to charge me for double chicken. I asked for queso as well and they filled the spoon up about half way. If im going to be spending 35$ you would think they would give the proper amount of food per scoop. Do better

My wife and I have been fans of Chipotle ever since they opened their doors and 4 of our 5 children worked at Chipotle over the years, all hitting management level, one of which making it to restaurateur level - Kentucky’s youngest. Unfortunately things aren’t the same today as it was back then and this Chipotle is an example of that. Gone is the enthusiasm and “welcome” we were used to, and that lack of enthusiasm was reflective in the ordering process and the food itself. Out server’s manager would have been proud of her because she certainly stuck to her portion control, skimping her way from start to finish, barely filling our bowls halfway by the time she finished our order. The protein lacked seasoning, the rice was clumpy, and the overall ordering and eating experience was a real disappointment for both of us. This isn’t the Chipotle experience we grew up on and I’m sad to say this will probably be our last visit. Such a disappointment…..
