  Definitely slow. Ive been at yalls windows over 7 mins and no one has taken my order. Guess im skipping lunch today because no one wants to work at your location...

  The manager is awful I went through the drive-through one day, probably a month or a month and a half ago I got the classic roast beef and a fry. It was Eight dollars and 63 some cents is what they told me get up to the window. I’m holding nine dollars in my hand. I sit and wait for a few minutes. The manager comes up and ask have you paid I said no and I handed her the nine dollars. I’m holding it out. She takes it and says nine dollars. I said I thought it was 863 or something and she said yeah, but I can’t give you change I said what do you mean she said here’s your food and I said what about my Change she said, Read the sign, then close the window on me. I was owed $0.40 at least I know they can’t give pennies back That’s what the sign was for, but I was owed $.40. That’s not pennies that’s my money so I drove around went inside and asked where my money was and she said I already told you I said no, and I had to explain it to her. Why am I explaining to a manager that was so disrespectful when I constantly try to bring it up at the window and then she closed the window in my face, this place sucks. The manager Is Awful and needs replaced everyone else there super nice

  Brittney the manager was extremely rude she handed out food that was cross contaminated putting mozzarella sticks with dessert items cold fish sandwich extremely cold fries! Was so rude they didn’t even hand out our drinks and when we said something about the cold food she said she was calling her general manager to tell them her side of the story but here the side that matters you all passed out food that was extremely cold would not replace it after spending over $20 at your establishment! The level of respect towards customers in my experience is none existent Brittney as a leader to those younger employees should be fired she was so rude and when all she needed to do was replace our messed up order and hand us our drinks but instead they did not and now we are out food and $20 so I write this review in your parking lot saying this is the worse experience I ever had with Arby’s!!!! Brittney needs to be fired
