- WPWes PhelpsJun 16, 20261.0I ordered a roast beef sub with cheddar as I’ve done before (expecting lettuce, tomato, mayo) but got home with a specialty sandwich beef and cheddar which has horseradish and onions that I could not eat. Manager refused to let me bring it back to trade for what I thought I ordered. My wife went in anyway and asked if we could just have a new bun that didn’t have horseradish on it which he also refused. I can’t believe a fast food restaurant wouldn’t even give a piece of bread to partially offer resolution over a complaint! 16 dollars wasted in the garbage. I don’t need to hear you know it’s frustrating. It’s overpriced to pay $16 for a sub, chips (also wrong kind) and a drink anyway, and then not be able to eat it. Won’t be back unless a complimentary sandwich is offered.
