  I went around 1:30pm, today and It was dirty on the counter and the food was dry and looked gross. Said to say cause I eat at chipotle since 2008 and love chipotle food. I left and did not eat! At Versailles-Ky

  Wow this place is trash. Dumpster fire. Service is horrible. Dude making food looks like hes not showered in weeks or his life. Hair all over. And rude or just silent. Idk. Food was not fresh. My meat was old. Steak was chewy. Horrible horrible mess of a store. Versailles location is a literal dumpster fire 0/10 epic fail. Owners need to fix this place.

  I received incorrect order, inside was very dirty, employees act like they could care less. Warning: just do not eat here. It is truly the worst Chipotle in America, whoever owns this business should be embarrassed!

  The food was completely wrong! I am assuming they were out of vegetables and fresh salsa and that was replaced with corn on my taco and for the side with the quesadilla. I DO NOT like corn on a taco. No one said a word and it was not until I got home I realized it. Also the chicken on the quesadilla was very dry and had a lot of gristle it was horrible! Also it was very dirty in the lobby. I should have just thrown $20 out the window instead of ordering food here! Please do yourself a favor and do not eat here. You can pay approximately the same amount of money across the street at Mi Piquena and get a correct meal order and fresh food!

  Gave them one last chance and they blew it! I was so excited when this location first opened up but became quickly disappointed with the quality of service they provide and stopped going. I went in again recently for a bogo deal day and…it’s gotten worse somehow. Right off the bat the drink fountain was broken. Okay, I’ll just get a bottled drink then. Nope they were out of that too. Then, the entire line was told it would be a 40 min wait on rice. 40mins went by and they were still telling people as they walked in it’s a 40 min wait on rice. Now, I’m not one to write reviews and give benefit of the doubt because I also used to work in food service but this is just inexcusable. I could tell they just wanted people to leave the store. When me and a few others decided to wait we were met with rude attitudes and side eye while the crew on the line just chatted and leaned on the counter. I waited an hour and a half for rice to finally get ready and to be served. I get it, it was a busy deal day. However, management should have prepared the crew better and maybe cooked some more rice? Never coming back again.
