  I went there and got some food and the food was cold. It was a french fry container halfway full. The buns were burnt hair and on my sandwich and in my sandwich long red hair to be exact. When I contacted the store to complain about it to tell them to be careful they got rushed off. The phone told that they were going to take my name and it would take care of the for them to replace my food. And no I went to get a replacement and they did not replace it even though I had the receipt pictures and proof it was just all around. I will never ever go to Arby's ever again and I will make sure nobody else I do

  Love this place real good fresh food and hot frys and cold drinks the staff is wonderful and nice you have to stop in and get a bite to eat or the cold frosty
