- JGJacob Grimes1 day ago1.0I ordered a 10 piece combo meal of hot honey wings with two of the small sauce cups on the side with extra hot honey sauce in them. I picked up my food without checking before leaving the store. When I got to my destination, I found that my wings were virtually plain. With almost ZERO sauce/seasoning on them. When I checked the extra sauce cups I asked for (which I had to pay an extra 3.50 for) they were both less than a 1/4 of the way full. When I called the store to file a complaint, they hung up on me 5 times before even taking my phone call. This order occurred at 11am on a Monday morning. Will NOT be returning to this store.

The manager, Nikki was rude the entire time and talking very unprofessional towards the other staff. I felt so bad for those kids! We tipped Briana, for her kind service and when we got home we only had 30 wings. Called back and Nikki answered very rudely and said she could only refund half of our order! I will not be returning, and I hope she finds another job or those kids do!

The flavors were not right and the fries were unseasoned. I called right away and Brianna answered and said she would do a full refund and leave a note for the manager. I still didn’t have my refund by Wednesday so I called again and Brianna answered again she said the manager has been busy but she would remind her again. Today I called again and the manger said she would only refund half of our order. And that this is her first time hearing about this. She didn’t care about anything I had to say and was very rude. I still haven’t received my refund, I will not be returning to the Union wingstop after this.

However, Wingstop has a full-time staff of wing experts who we rely on to generate new ideas for our brand and our fans. Not that your ideas are unworthy, but you don't want to put the team out of a job. And our lawyers tell us that we need to avoid unsolicited ideas because we don't want to have any dispute as to ownership of those great ideas. Below is more legal mumbo jumbo explaining our policy.

Customers of Wingstop may have the perfect idea for a new concept, and we may be missing out on an exciting opportunity, but ownership and protection must be considered. Wingstop maintains a policy that does not permit it or its employees to accept any unsolicited ideas from outside sources (fans and other third parties).
Wingstop strives to innovate and create through internal business departments and their employees. With this in mind, if we create a new concept through our internal experts, and a talented customer/fan submits a substantially similar idea, determining who the originator of the wing-tastic idea is would be a challenge. To better protect ourselves as well as all of our fans out there, we must adhere to this strict policy which does not permit the review, consideration, or acceptance of such ideas from outside parties to avoid any confusion of ownership. Therefore, we encourage you not to send us unsolicited ideas.

If you nevertheless insist on sending us your unsolicited ideas, the following conditions apply:
Wingstop shall have no obligations concerning the submissions, including no obligation to review the submissions, return any materials, or acknowledge receipt of the submissions.
All submissions will be deleted from working files within Wingstop and no response will be delivered to confirm receipt of any submissions.
Due to archiving requirements, your email may be retained on our system, but please understand this is not an effort to keep record of our customers' great ideas; rather, it is incidental to archiving.
