One of my absolute favorite places to go for icecream. The black raspberry chip is the BEST! Big chunks of dark chocolate and the icecream is so creamy. The atmosphere is casual and family friendly with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.

I don't know if it can add anything that everyone else hasn't, but what I would say is to understand that this is a French pot ice cream so there is less air and the ice cream is more dense than most but thats that makes it so great. I don't think iver ever had a bad scoop. Its a cincinnati icon and if you're in the area, you really should stop by.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Graeter’s, and unfortunately, this was not our first issue with this location. Last week, we brought our children here to enjoy the playground, and several people were openly eating and drinking in the play area. During that visit, a toddler had a bowel accident and there was feces smeared all over the slide and surrounding area. No one appeared to notice until it was brought to the staff’s attention. My daughter was one of the children who went down the slide before we realized what had happened and ended up coming into contact with feces. We had to remove her clothes and throw them away. It was an extremely upsetting and traumatic experience for her and for us as parents. The only response we received was essentially an apology and that the play area had to be closed for cleaning. There was no meaningful acknowledgment of the inconvenience or what our child had just been exposed to. Then today, we returned with a friend and our children. We had enclosed water bottles with lids that were not being used. We understood the posted “no food or drink” policy and were not drinking from them in the play area—we simply did not want to leave our personal belongings unattended. The manager, Jim, repeatedly stared at us and eventually came into the play area to tell us that we could not have our water bottles. We had no problem complying with the rule. What was extremely frustrating was watching another family come in immediately afterward with multiple cups and bowls of ice cream and drinks. They sat in the play area and ate their entire order. At no point did Jim say anything to them. One of the children spilled ice cream all over the seating and floor, and again, there was no intervention. The interaction with Jim continued to feel unnecessarily hostile. When my friend placed her order, she was going to use my rewards points because I use the rewards app and she does not. Jim reacted as though this was a problem because we were paying separately. His tone throughout the interaction was short and annoyed. After we finished eating, our children went back to play and Jim immediately came over and appeared to monitor them. When we went back inside after eating, he again made a point of coming into the play area to tell us to remove our water bottles. I completely understand that businesses have rules, and we are more than willing to follow them. What I cannot understand is why those rules seem to be enforced selectively. If the play area truly has a strict no-food-and-drink policy, it should apply consistently to every family. Between what happened to my daughter last week and the way we were treated today, I am extremely disappointed with this location. We came here expecting our children to have a fun and safe experience, and instead we left feeling singled out, uncomfortable, and frustrated. Based on these experiences, we will not be returning to this location.

Adam had an issue with people petting my service dog. Owners consent allows the animal to be pet. And he is allowed rewards with sweet treats. He kept us away from everyone and we did not feel welcome there. Everyone else was amazing and good service on that shift that we interacted with though.

Informative staff and really yummy ice cream. Tried the popular berry one and it didn’t disappoint!
