When I got home, my son’s burrito was missing chicken. Since it was Father’s Day around 9:40, I called to get it fixed. The manager offered a credit or to remake it, but that didn’t really address the inconvenience of my time and gas. While I was still on the phone, I opened my bowl and found a large hair in the food. At that point I was extremely upset and explained the situation to the manager, but the call ended abruptly. I drove back to the restaurant and was told to wait in line again just to have the order remade. Overall, the experience was very disappointing, and I won’t be returning. The manager (young guy with a ponytail) needs better training in basic customer service and how to handle situations like this properly.
