  Every time I go to the Taco Bell, they always make a mistake. Something is wrong. Some kind of different meat. They don’t care about the customer. I think they need to be closed down.

  Have never received the correct order from this location. Whether using the app or in person, order is always wrong. You've lost my business.

  I originally wasn't going to leave a review but after noticing the "free coupons" they gave me expired last year, here we are. First impression walking in the door, one of the on the clock workers was in the doorway having a very personal conversation/interaction with a girl - which wasn't an issue at first but then after standing there for several minutes with no interactions we had to ask how we placed an order and were told we had to use the kiosk "because its taco bell". Okay that's fine... My friend and i placed our orders for us and our partners - both were $30+ orders. My friend received her order within about 10 minutes. We continued to stand there waiting...waiting....waiting... some folks came in after us placed their order and received it within about 5-10 minutes. Ive worked in the restaurant business a long time so i tend to give grace on busy times, lack of employees on duty etc. but when there are 7 employees working, several jacking around in the back, manager on duty and they simply were not busy - the fact that not a single person acknowledged that we waiting in front of the counter for 30+ minutes. I finally chimed in and asked where my order was... The manager asked well what did you order? I informed her that I placed a $30+ order and they all simply looked around dumbfounded. She wasn't friendly about the initial interaction at all and apparently sent my order out the drive thru? She asked if I wanted a refund and I told her no I just wanted the food I had ordered. Her response "no need to get hostile"? Um what? So they remade my order, all while my friends order was basically cold at that point. They put some "free coupons " in my bag for my inconvenience.... which would've been a nice gesture had they not been expired (didnt notice until after the fact). After i got my food we just left and went home cause we had already been there like 45 min. My friends order was made incorrectly (didn't realize until after opening the items) on top of being cold so at that point she didn't even want to eat any of it. All in all I'm completely disappointed in this location. When it first opened it was great but now it's simply went completely downhill. I also work in the corporate restaurant rhelm so it's just sad to see the lack of customer service anymore especially in one of my favorite fast food joints. Wil never go back to this location and I really hope they look into new management

  Okay, so I have to say it’s not always amazing service and food, but also…. When they’re on point they’re on. I’ve had some of the best food ever from here and this location is one of the only reasons I continue to give Taco Bell a chance. Had the cantina Mexican pizza which is my new favorite and if they make it right…. They make it perfect :) problem is whether they make it right or not. Tonight was PERFECT!!!
