  Ordered online through the app when I got my Food delivered I was missing both my 2 litters To top it off, it was a DoorDash driver, not a Pizza Hut employee delivering after I done gave a tip and Delivery fee they said they could not reimburse either one because They had a DoorDash driver, deliver it. Then I get inside and open my boxes. I paid for extra blue cheese and got all ranch after paying them to deliver. I had to go out myself to go get my drinks and my sauces. What was my point of even paying for delivery if you if I have to go back out. I would like my tip and delivery money back!

  It's been a few years since we've been to this Pizza Hut and the last time we just ordered two personal pan pizzas, which were great, moved to yesterday we went in there place looked deserted a sign on there says no salad bar and we're the only physical customers there. I was told somebody to be right with us, three people working there all I guess making orders to go, back door was slightly ajar which doesn't help the flying insects prevention, so we finally after about 10 minutes are able to order what we want, and we asked for a sweet tea and water with no ice, well she comes back says we have no sweet tea we took pepsi as an alternative, then she comes out with a bottle of water with the soda. No fountain service just bottles which never said anything to us about it. Pizza came out undercooked, no napkins, no plate s, no silverware or plastic ware that they use nowadays in case we want to use those. Never got a check so we went up to pay and they had no clue what we ordered I had to tell her what I ordered. Overall I will never go to this Pizza Hut again if this is a franchise Pizza Hut, yum need to take a closer look at them.

  Ruby the manager and Carson the cook always are on top of it. They make this place great. Always going the extra mile to make sure their customers are happy.
