Springfield Taco Bell never disappoints!! Always great service & atmosphere, on occasion we may be missing an item from our drive thru order but they’re always super quick and friendly about fixing it. Today a Boiling Water Advisory was put into place. Instead of denying customers a drink with their order, the manger of Taco Bell went out and purchased canned soda with her own money!! Hopefully she’ll be reimbursed! I really appreciate you all thinking of your customers, you don’t have too but you did

Takes were clean, good was hot, with good portions. The front cashier guy was great. Young dude, that uses a wheelchair. He was attentive, and had a great sense of humor. We were treated like individuals and not just another dollar

With so many negatives - I want to share positive experience(s). The last several times I have came through the drive thru close to closing - most know fast food tends to care less & less the closer to closing time. However, the last few times I’ve been the service has been great , granted I had to wait some for fresh food - which i appreciate instead of handing out old, stale items that may have been sitting there for quite some time. A lot of times they have very few staff at nights as well.
