  I would give 0 stars if I could. I always say no lettuce. When I do, the 2 blonde girl at the windows give me an attitude. Every time. Never double check. Got a cheese quesadilla with no lettuce got home and I got a chicken quesadilla with seems like a ton of lettuce. Called and I got hung up on. Do NOT recommend this Taco Bell on the south side.

  Over 20 min in the drive thru, then, I go in and spend the remainder of my lunch brake in the lobby. 45 min later I get my food that's half way thrown together and wrong. I have never been to a taco bell so poorly ran.

  With only one other person in front of us, it took almost 30 minutes to get our food. Cars in the drive thru were going very slow, too. I ordered an unsweet tea, but they don't even have it apparently. The sweet tea they do have tastes like it's 1/3 syrup. Food was OK though. Don't go to Taco Bell if time is meaningful at all. Maybe they should start paying their employees commissions. Might fix their productivity issue any location you visit.

  Sat for over 20 mins in the drive thru to have half my order screwed up. In the picture, you’ll see my “Gordita crunch” which is the most pathetic thing I’ve ever seen at any fast food place! My “freeze” ended up being a soda, which wasn’t a big deal, but I also added items to my husbands burrito and none of that was on there as well. The people working this afternoon should be GRATEFUL we had an appointment to get to because that’s INSANE how incompetent this staff is. There should NEVER be a 20-30 minute wait to get a tortilla with a TSP of meat and sprinkle of cheese. You all working there should be absolutely ashamed!
