  They dropped my food on the floor and tried to give it to me. I will not return. It was a manager the did this.

  I never write reviews but this place must be poorly managed, I ordered a filet of fish with no tartar sauce and fries, got to the window and she says pull on up were making fresh fries, I thought great that'll be change, got to work with it 1 minute up the road and my fries were cold you could tell they were at least an hour old and my sandwich didn't have cheese. As few months ago I got a big Mac with extra sauce got it to work and I'm not kidding you it had nothing on it...this place is pathetic

  If I could leave a -0 review on this place I would!! This was the absolute worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to!!!! The entire store was absolutely disgusting. Every table was filthy. The play place was also disgusting with food on every table. They was making customers clean their own tables. The food wasn’t fresh at all. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. This location needs serious attention! Get it together McDonald’s!!! I’ll never come back here!!

  When we ordered our food, they couldn't get the order right. Service was slow. And the MC nuggets were cold and chewy. Fries were half full, and they gave us the wrong drinks. We went through drive threw and when the guy was bringing the food to the cars they had no idea who's order that they had.

  This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve eaten at. As someone who used to work at a McDonald’s in Mt. Washington, I know how things are supposed to be run — and this location is not meeting those standards. Multiple times I’ve ordered from here, the patties have tasted old and cold, like they’ve been sitting far longer than they should. From my experience, those should be replaced regularly (around every 30 minutes), so this is really concerning. Unfortunately, it’s also made me feel sick more than once. At this point, I’ve stopped ordering from this location entirely. For clarity, I typically order through delivery, and my orders arrive quickly (within 10 minutes) and directly from the store. This is not a delivery-related issue — the food quality suggests problems with how it is being prepared and held before pickup. The concern is with in-store food safety and handling, not the drivers.
