  Sevyn works there and always has a fun new drink to recommend and makes me feel welcome when I come thru. I wouldn’t go to any other location because she makes sure my drinks are made right!

  I went through the seven brew in Somerset on Saturday, May 9, 2026. The young lady that brought me my coffee didn’t bother to check the lid before handing it to me, and the lid was defective and when I grabbed it from her to bring it into my car, the lid came off and spilled coffee all over the center console of my car as well as all over myself. I know it was a defective lid because I tried to put it back on a second time and it easily popped off again Now my gear shifter buttons are sticking. Hopefully, there’s not gonna be any long-term issues with my car due to this.

  i was there a week or 2 ago. i used to love 7 brew but the atmosphere has changed for the worst. the girl who took my order was so sweet until what i assume the manager was upset at someone and the workers suddenly turned quiet and cold. i used to love how sweet all the workers were but now they just seem scared. none of them seem happy. i’m very disappointed with how poorly the management has gone. do better 7 brew!

  The employees never regarded us in line. One of the three employees came outside and pet all over a dog in a car and went straight back inside and started making drinks. Did not wash her hands. After 15 minutes of sitting by the window with no one coming, we left.

  The atmosphere has changed. I have heard there is new management so I feel this is apart of it. The employees seem to be way more on edge and it makes me feel bad. They’ve also been out of the sip lids and hope they get them back soon because the flat lids suck.
