  Went through the drive through to place an order that had been texted to me. “Nachos bell grande combo with soft shell taco with NO TOMATOES on nachos or taco. . 2 cinnamon twists. Medium Pepsi.” The young man told me that there was no such order and refused to allow me to finish the text so we could figure it out. He continued to say that they didn’t have it and would not let me finish reading him the text. A very rude female got on the drive through speaker and said the same thing. I asked to be able to finish reading the text and she refused saying that they didn’t have on the menu and would not allow me to explain. I asked to speak to the manager and much to my surprise she said her name was Rebecca and she was the manager. She said I should go to another Taco Bell location which I did. Before I left I pulled up to the driver through window and no one would come. I blew my horn until a very angry female who said she was Rebecca confronted me and I again asked her if she could be quiet long enough for me to finish telling her what my text said and she said no because they had no such item on the menu. Even after I explained to her that I was simply repeating the text she refused to listen. I find it hard to believe she was a manager because she wouldn’t let me explain. Told her to give me a couple of hours to publish the review and I would contact corporate tomorrow with the complaint. I did as she suggested and went to another Taco Bell close by and repeated the exact same order and told her the wording of the text might not be exactly correct. She said no problem and listened to me and filled my order. She was so polite and professional and she should be the manager of the Brooks store. It was the Hillview location that did such a great job I couldn’t recommend the Brooks location because the apparent manager Rebecca would not stop arguing long enough to listen to me.

  I love Taco Bell but this one is horrible. Old food. Wrong order. Lazy staff. Long wait.

  Very rude in the drive worker in the drive through tonight. With an attitude like that, fast food may be her long term future. Won't be back to this location

  Taco Bell has gotten worse of the years and this place is worse still. They will not take your order, but force you to use the kiosk that doesn’t work well so that they can stand outside and smoke and talk to people. Go anywhere else other than this Taco Bell
