  If you're a Dasher I would avoid this store. They are always 10-20min behind the expected delivery times. I've recommended they change the times to accurately reflect wait times in a hope not to upset the customer, but alas that has not happened. I've paused the orders from this store permanently.

  Cheyenne had a horrible attitude didn’t help resolve a thing and hung up on me worst first experience at this place will never attempt it again the store sends a link to pay with a card the link does not give you a way to pay and forces you to call the store to get hung up on customer service should always be a priority worst service I’ve ever received

  This restaurant is ran by nothing but terrible employees. 6 people working at once and only 1 person doing any work. Wait times are horrible. Multiple employees are always smoking out front at the same time and go back to making food without washing hands. They mess up on orders and create longer delays. The kitchen looks very dirty and poorly managed.

  My personal Pan pizza had half melted cheese on half of it and my wife's buffalo crunchwrap thing had no buffalo on it. When I took it back up to the store the only person working doubled down on how it was made. She was also eating by the cash register when we walked and in her food looked fine. Will not be going in there again.

  My husband called 2 days ago because we had got our pizza and it was thin as could be. Mine wasn't supposed to be thin. They said that was all they had left was thin crust. And instead of calling me to see if I wanted to refund or something else they just did what they wanted and continue to make a thin crust pizza that was very greasy. I don't know where they thought that they shouldn't call the customer. My husband even called it out and asked why they didn't call and the manager kinda got attitude about it over the phone. And in the end they said We could come up with the pizza the next day and get a refund. Why she couldn't do it that night is beyond me. I guess too lazy. We just didn't go back and we aren't going to order there no more. . We are just sticking with our Hunt Brothers 🍕 🤗 hope they enjoyed that maybe extra $20 as we order pizza every Friday and Saturdays. Especially for parties. Most of them look high up there anyways. I missed pizza hut but Why I ordered at this location is beyond me.
