  My husband called 2 days ago because we had got our pizza and it was thin as could be. Mine wasn't supposed to be thin. They said that was all they had left was thin crust. And instead of calling me to see if I wanted to refund or something else they just did what they wanted and continue to make a thin crust pizza that was very greasy. I don't know where they thought that they shouldn't call the customer. My husband even called it out and asked why they didn't call and the manager kinda got attitude about it over the phone. And in the end they said We could come up with the pizza the next day and get a refund. Why she couldn't do it that night is beyond me. I guess too lazy. We just didn't go back and we aren't going to order there no more. . We are just sticking with our Hunt Brothers 🍕 🤗 hope they enjoyed that maybe extra $20 as we order pizza every Friday and Saturdays. Especially for parties. Most of them look high up there anyways. I missed pizza hut but Why I ordered at this location is beyond me.

  On May 12, we ordered four of the personal pans for the three dollar deal and one of the $10.03 topping deals. We got home all they had on the cheese no meats that we ordered so I called back up there. The young man that was working was very nice. Tell me he gave me a credit so I went back up there today to use my credit and they told me I haven’t ordered pizza from them since February and I have proof from my bank account that I did, but they still kept telling me that I haven’t ordered pizza from them since February so I will no longer be eating at this Pizza Hut.

  Hi there! Just wanted to share my experience with this location. Ordered at 12:30pm, it said it would be delivered by 12:50pm. It didnt show up until 1:50pm, and that was after I had to call. I finally receive my order, I was missing wings, I was also paid extra for pan pizza and ill post a picture, but to me this looked and tasted hand tossed. You can be the judge. When I called the location the lady was not helpful, she said I needed to bring all the food back to the store at 5pm for a refund. So I have to have my kids continue to be hungry until 5pm to then get a refund in 5 business days, because of their mistakes...
