  Ive been coming here since the early 1980s. I grew up in this town. This place has been all over the charts far as quality. Mostly great. I’ve noticed since early spring its not do good. We came in a few weeks ago and it was hotter inside than outside. Floor sweating tables sticky and the very little food on the bar was horrible. We decided to give it another shot today. We got here around 1:30 not busy at all. Floors sweating again it is cooler in here but not great. Very little pizza on bar and what’s left has been picked over. I got a salad and spaghetti hoping more pizza would be out. 15 minutes letter theres about 3 cheese sticks that no one is going to eat and a new pizza the toppings were so thin its was insulting. You can look through my Google reviews . I very rarely ever leave bad reviews. I hate to do this to a small town pizza place, but we pay good money to eat here. After 40+ years of eating here with my parents are now with my kids we won’t be back. I can understand having a few bad days, but when the bad days outnumbered the good ones it’s time to move on.

  Phone lines are absolutely trash. Can't even place an order unless you're in person, the online ordering is just as useless. Doesn't even have their own menu items listed. Absolutely trash

  We had my grandsons birthday there and the room was very clean and the size was perfect. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. They came and checked in on us several times. They were very sweet and made sure his special day was perfect. The food on the buffet was hot and delicious. I would highly recommend them for parties or just for lunch & dinner. We couldn't be happier with our experience. Keep up the great work!

  food was not fresh. We got there yesterday at 12:30 and there was 3 pizzas on the buffet and did not look good i asked the girl if there was any fresh pizzas coming out. And none was being made.. the salad fixens and dressings taste like on the verge Everything tastes like it was on the verge of spoiling. Even the pizza sauce will not be back.

  If I could give negative stars I would- we came in at 6:30 on 6/7/26 to get pizza. We drove out of our way to come to this gatti’s because we used to live in Shepherdsville and we enjoy the pizza and our 3 year old would have options. First of all the bathrooms are disgusting- feels like they haven’t been cleaned in years. While my husband went to the restroom, I got my kid a slice of cheese while we waited. Luckily my husband came over before we ate because while he was in the restroom a worker came in, went into a stall and well… you can assume he went to the restroom. He then walked out without washing his hands .My husband followed him out and asked openly to the workers if he was gonna wash his hands and the guy behind the pizza bar was like umm guess not. Then the women who I presume is the manager was like “oh well he’s off the clock” but if he doesn’t do it while’s he’s not on the clock we were doubtful he’d do it while on the clock- he touched the door, and was behind the pizza bar. We left without getting a refund because we were so grossed out that everyone who worked behind the pizza bar thought it was totally okay. How they gave a 100 on their rating is outrageous.
