The girl that took my order just kept staring at me as if she didn’t speak or couldn’t hear. I had to ask for ketchup. This was a waste of money. The fries don’t taste like Bojangle’s fries. When passing through here don’t stop at this dump.

Didn't offer anything for the wait not a partial refund or even a free drink, the lady just said hot and ready, what about this was ready? The other customer was a door dasher and they didn't even start on our food till she was out of the building that was about seven minutes after we ordered.

Come on Bojangles, we didn't even go there late, we went at prime dinner time. If you're always out how about making more?? I'm done, it's too far of a drive not to get what you want. I got green beans instead and they skimped on them. One of the dinners looked like somebody took a bite out of the biscuit. We drove a fair distance because we hadn't eaten here in years and had been craving their marinated slaw. We ordered the 8 piece family meal (all white). She told us they were out of the slaw. This was very disappointing because this was the 2nd time this had happened. We swapped the slaw for green beans, which were very good and then the girl working the window came back and said she had 2 individual slaws that she was going to give us at no charge! She didn't have to do that. We thanked her very much for the thoughtful gesture. The food was great even though we didn't receive all white but my son was home for dinner and he likes dark meat ok. I just want to give kudos to the young lady for going a step above to satisfy a customer.
- AMAshley MJun 19, 20263.0Our inital observation was that the AI taking orders at the drive through was not the most helpful AI we've experienced at a fast food place. You have to be hyper-specific with your order, or the AI will misunderstand and add random menu items. Even after our battle with AI, the staff got part of our order wrong and when we went in to correct it we were ignored. If you are visiting, it might do you good to skip the drive through at this location and just go in to order to make sure your order comes out right and you're speaking to a human being. The food was pretty standard for a Bojangles location, no complaints there. When we went in to try to correct our order we noticed the bathrooms were clean, and the condiments and utensils were stocked. I just wish we had a better experience with the drive through and that the staff had paid more attention to get our order right.
