The food is generally good, the service has been friendly, and the restaurant has a nice, casual atmosphere. I’ve had some good experiences here and would definitely come back when I’m in the mood for Bojangles. My biggest complaint is that I really wish they would bring back the spicy chicken! 🌶️ That was one of my favorite things to order, and I definitely miss having it on the menu. Hopefully it makes a comeback someday. Overall, I still enjoy stopping by Bojangles in Shepherdsville. Good food, good service, and a convenient location, but bringing back that spicy chicken would definitely take it up another notch!

I actually pass four major chicken chains within 3 minutes of my house just to make the 20+ minute drive to this location. Unfortunately, the food quality, customer service, and wait times here are far below the standards I’m used to. My last straw was waiting nearly an hour for a mobile order that should have been ready—and even getting the order correct took far too long. Very disappointing experience for a brand I usually love.
