  the lady whose a manager here is always rude everytime we go, last time i was in the drive thru she screamed at me because i misunderstood her and now i placed an online order to which they didn’t have the donuts and i asked for a refund and she said she couldn’t do that, now im contacting corporate. if i could give a 0 i would.

  I don’t make a lot of google reviews but I HAD TO for Dunkin! Especially since I see the other reviews that I can tell you are absolutely ABSURD! I’ve been coming to this Dunkin since DAY 1. I’ve never ever received anything less than exceptional service. My orders are never wrong. I never have to go back to get anything replaced, unlike literally every other establishment in this city 🤣 but thats a story for another day. The service is great. I mean every single employee in this store is amazing. Remember, you get what YOU PUT IN! I have personally been in the drive thru before and watched people at the counters treat these employees like TRASH, for not having their pick up orders ready by the time they got there. The employee was almost in tears and ready to quit her job. I gave her a lil pep talk and offered to park my car and come in and take care of it for her but she politely declined 🤣 cause trust me, it had me fuming! I would have came in and told the woman not to come back! I have even given them reminders that they can refuse service to ANYONE! They don’t need a reason. Just saying, you treat your baristas like shiiit they are going to treat you the same way! It’s wild, cause like I said NEVER had a problem since DAY 1. If you want to see REAL reactions between me and these Dunkin employees you can find it on any of my socials! They always go above and beyond. You can’t believe everything you read in a review from a pissed off customer 🤣🤦🏼‍♀️ plus, that new tiramisu cloud latte 🤌🏼💋 SO GOOD! If you see this review, it’s your sign to go get that drink!

  i’ve never in my life decided that i wouldn’t return to a place until my last experience here. the people who run this dunkin, in particular the woman, treats us and especially my husband horribly! we get the same drink and food every single time and every time it is made wrong and or different. this is a fine establishment without these managers that they keep getting, when they are there it’s always a problem. when they make our drink or food wrong, it’s an immediate dirty look when we come back around and they always say “no it’s not made wrong” and you have to BEG them to make you what you paid for. if we get the same drink and food every single time i think by now we’d know if it’s different. this last experience really made me decide to NEVER come back, the woman accused me of not paying when they told me to pull up, which they’re not supposed to do anyways and i always end up waiting forever just for them to get better time. so i pull up they hand me my order and leave, i wasn’t thinking about payment nor is it my fault. im in a DRIVE THRU, it is YOUR ALLS responsibility to collect payment, i shouldn’t have to remind a business, especially for her to accuse me of not paying the next time i come through and order and she demanded payment then. absolutely not, especially after the accusatory and talking bad about my husband whenever i go by myself saying that you don’t like him and you’re only gonna give me the student discount when we’re both in school is absolutely ridiculous. you all need to be fired. nothing but crooks run this place.

  this place seriously deserves a zero and should be closed…as a regular for this dunkin never in my life have i been treated so terribly. the woman who is always there is incredibly rude. they always make the drinks and food wrong and then roll their eyes and complain about it or try to to say it’s supposed to be like that…like ah yes because i forgot i ordered a large glass of milk. especially when i would get the same drink every time. i will never return to this dunkin because to be told by the woman who runs it that all i do is complain about the food when if i order something and have to pay extra for it i would like to get what i paid for. that’s just not complaining. DO NOT COME HERE!!

  Walked in waited for someone to take my order. An employee screamed at me yo use the kiosk. The next person walked in and placed his order with a person. Stood there for 15 minutes for 6 donuts. Do better with your service.
