- TTTaelour Thompson4 days ago1.0I feel so bad for the workers here because it’s not even their fault, but that stupid AI slopfest drive through is the worst thing I’ve ever seen in my life. It gets everything wrong, can’t hear you half the time, it’s super inconvenient and then the poor employees have to get the gripe from it.

The guy who took our order was incredibly nice but we stood there for quite a while before anyone took our order. Every single table was covered in food, sauce, and dirty in general. The floor was covered also. The bathrooms were filthy, the toilets might not have ever been cleaned in the history of the restaurant being open, and the toilet paper was just sitting on the floor. They were also out of ketchup.
- WGWoody G.4 days ago1.0Quite possibly the worst Bojangles in the US! ‘Manager’ and staff cursing aloud as well as some off duty workers lounging around. Not one clean table. Bathroom sink looked as if it has never been cleaned since new. Too bad because typically Bojangles has great chicken.

Around 630pm I drove around the building and the female manager was smoking out the back door and went in when she saw my car. I tried to go inside and the door was locked. No sign saying dining room was closed and nothing online. No one came to the door and I didn't attempt to try the other door as it's not my job to check all the doors to see if the place is open. This is a service industry in which I have been a part of for most of my life and we get paid by serving the guests that decide to choose your establishment. This is how you lose customers.

Today they had two people working , and they were on the drive through so it appeared , they were not serving us at the front counter at 6 pm. They said it would be just a minute, but nobody ever helped us.So we left.
