We waited a while then she called our name she had a blackberry dessert that we talked about also and gave that to us for the wait and the side that they was out of. Our meal was wonderful.

I ordered an 8 piece family meal, paid at the drive-thru window, and was instructed to pull forward and park because someone would bring my order out to my vehicle. After waiting 30 minutes (I confirmed the time by checking when my card was charged), no one had brought my food or provided any update. I got out of my car to go inside and ask about my order, only to find the lobby doors locked, even though it was around 7 PM and the posted lobby hours indicated they were open until 10 PM I returned to the drive-thru and requested a refund. Unfortunately, the customer service was just as disappointing as the wait. The employee processing my refund never looked at me or acknowledged me. While I was at the window, another employee mentioned they were packing up my order, and the employee helping me responded, “She doesn’t get that, she’s getting a refund.” I then asked for a copy of my refund receipt. I was told I could not have one and was only offered a copy of my original purchase receipt. When I asked if there was any documentation showing that my refund had been processed, I was told no. Waiting 30 minutes without communication was frustrating enough, but the lack of professionalism, the locked lobby during posted business hours, and the inability to provide any proof of a refund made the entire experience even more disappointing. I hope management addresses both the customer service and operational issues at this location so other customers don’t have a similar experience.
