  When I saw Arby's new BBQ brisket sandwich promotion I was instantly enticed to try. My wife and I recently moved from CA to Shelbyville, KY. We're still looking to buy a small to medium sized farm in the area to continue what we love and have been doing for years....Specialty Crop Farming. Traveling across the country has been hard -almost impossible- to find good food in both grocery stores and restaurants (fast food and not). We've always liked Arby's. Because of what they offer, fresh made to order roast beef sandwiches. Unfortunately, after eating at the Arbys in Shelbyville we are in a state of dislike. We do our best to to be fair and honest in our reviews and this one is no exception. Our peach cobbler rolls were overcooked/burnt and dried out. My BBQ brisket sandwich left me feeling that I did not get my money's worth ($8.99 for sandwich alone). She ordered a french dip sandwich meal that should have included melted cheese. It did not !! The only part of our order that was right was the plain roast beef sandwich we ordered for our dog. Thankfully he said his sandwich was GREAT !! LOL Not sure if we'll ever go back, I guess that depends on how management handles this review. Stay tuned !!.... We were not influenced or paid to write this review.   Food was obviously made before I got there, it's been like this for 6 months, Arby's has been out of fast food rotation for awhile. Tried again, they failed again. How is it hard to say "we are making your chicken fresh, please give us 6 minutes"? Instead I get 40 minute old chicken. I won't be back to this location, ever.

  Very nice team lead. Nathan was very well informed about products. Clear explanation of entree sandwiches. I got the dbl beef and cheddar meal. It was only $1 more than the small sandwich. Lotta meat. Messy, but good. He tried to tell me it would be messy, but for a buck more I had to try it. Curly fries were freshly cooked and delicious. Would definitely return. That's all folks!

  We went to Arby's around 9:30pm. We were traveling hungry. Service was fast and friendly, food was hot and fresh. Employees deserve a raise!
