Shut off orders before close or keep the ovens hot, or just cook the pizza how you do every other time or when the good manager is there ig. Didn't even get a pizza I got a mushy pepperoni tortilla with a cooked done crust though? Make it make sense...

Pick up time was 6:33 I showed up around 6:44 I walked in 4 people in line some had been waited on some had not. Not a single person in the dining room. Finally the little girl walks up to the counter in no rush! Says my pizza has never been put in, that it would be another 25 mins. Well it was never made at all! As you can see pick up time and screen shot time! One lady said she’d been waiting over 20 mins for a sandwich, one was already on 45 mins for a personal pan! Just ridiculous, not only that make your employees clean up dress appropriately and not like slobs! They need better training on customer service as well! Who ever the manager is needs to do their job better or get a new manager!

The problem is we went in for a sit down meal and got served in a to go box paper plates disposable forks and paper cups. So disappointed in that. That’s not eat in that’s to go. The employees were dressed very sloppy oversized Pizza Hut tshirts one had on sweatpants (to big for them) not professional at all.
