- RMRhonda Medaris2 days ago3.0This post is concerning the Pizza Hut in Russell Springs ky. The food is good. It has been remodeled and is clean and nice. The problem is we went in for a sit down meal and got served in a to go box paper plates disposable forks and paper cups. So disappointed in that. That’s not eat in that’s to go. The employees were dressed very sloppy oversized Pizza Hut tshirts one had on sweatpants (to big for them) not professional at all.

I ordered a ham and cheese sandwich but I got a Diablo Sandwich because of the corporate answering service. This could have sent me to the hospital since I'm allergic to the peppers. The management there is great and we'll fix any problem you might have. The pizza I got tonight was great. Thank you.

He proceeded to tell her that he had canceled my order due to the oven went out but he could make my pizza now. If I wanted to wait for my order why would I have placed an order online?? Not only that but they couldn't even take the time to let me know the order got canceled They stood around dumb founded and didn't even try to make things right. This place has gone down hill and customers don't matter anymore.

The service was awful . We tried to even help server. Im a manager at a pizza place and just very disappointed
