  Came here after work (I get off at 10pm) right now I ordered 2 small mozzarella sticks, 2 small tots, and 2 medium milkshakes. It's been 30 minutes and I'm still waiting on my food. I even paid a tip when I paid for my meal. This is ridiculous.

  Waited 20 minutes in the line for a single drink. Got to the window to be informed they were only taking cash. No signs, never mentioned when ordering. Then the cashier just stood there and looked at me like I was dumb over a $3 drink. Last time I’ll be back. Get a new staff because the one you have sucks.

  This is the worst Sonic I have ever seen in my life! I had a coupon for 2 corn dogs for $1.49 and it plainly says on the coupon that it can be used 2 times per visit. The lady taking my order would not let me use it to get 4 corn dogs.i told her it says on the coupon it can be used 2 times. She said that the two meant for the two corn dogs. I mean what?!?!? Ridiculous! I also was gonna place two different orders, one for myself and the other for a friend. I had a coupon also for a sonic blast that my friend was going to use but she wouldn’t let me use it. This place is a complete JOKE! I will personally not be back! Would not recommend. I’ve had other issues here in the past but this time was the last straw!

  You need to stop worrying about the drive thru when you have customers that have already paid through the app and are now at the 15 minute mark of waiting for there order to come out! Just seen a person who pulled in 5 minutes after me get there order and I'm still waiting for two cheeseburgers.

  I ordered a delivery. Ordered 2 ultimate burritos with extra cheese and a large coffee with extra caramel. But what was delivered was 2 small burritos literally smaller than my hand and I have small hands, one of them was an ultimate burrito with cheese on only one side of the burrito and supersonic burrito, which was a surprise biting into tomatoes and jalapeños which I don’t like. And a RT 44 coffee with not a lot of caramel. I don’t know how I got a completely wrong burrito but it was so disappointing that I couldn’t eat half of my order
