My CONSISTENT experience is that they’re always out of shells for their taco salad and usually unwilling to make one in the fryer. Usually out of their picante ranch too. This has been true the last 4 times I’ve been by. In addition to this the staff just doesn’t seem to care about it and I’ve even heard them using profanity in front of customers while noone is in line. Just not for me personally I guess.

Literally by the hundreds. I've never seen a more gracious bunch of employees. They were willing to jump in and get busy building orders even though they were already running out of food. The staff that was there all deserve a huge Thank You! From the management. These are the type of employees that any business would love to have. And for anyone that makes a large order at any restaurant, be courteous and call ahead with some warning. You will have a better equipped restaurant and a more pleasant experience.
