  My husband placed at this store in Richmond instead of the one near us. He called to cancel, when we did the worker said “ofc we already made it” in a rude tone and hung up. We got the refund but what was the point of being rude, it was a simple mistake that I’m sure happens often.

  Ordered lunch while at work, after 30 minutes it was never delivered (I am aware that delivery is through doordash so this has nothing to do with them. Sometimes you can't tell that you have a horrid dasher till its too late) I called and worked with Jeremy who was super nice and understanding. We got everything worked out, they remade my order and I was able to pick it up with no issues. Jeremy is a gem.

  I ordered for delivery a large extra cheese and mushroom pizza which was supposed to have been 14inches in diameter and received a 12inch medium pizza with no extra cheese and more crust than anything else. When I called to ask about and question my order I had delivered, the lady said I ordered a medium pizza, even though I was obviously charged for a large. I believe she was the manager and knew she was in the wrong but didn’t want to admit it and then was able to change my order to a medium, which she repeated back to me, even though the receipt on the box clearly shows I was charged for a large and the difference in price was reflected. I know what I ordered and what I was charged for. The delivery fee was $5 and I was definitely charged for a large extra cheese pizza and a $5 delivery fee, which was what I was supposed to have received, yet no one wanted to take any accountability for the mistake and make it right. This place sucks.
