Very busy but placed order and by the time we sat down the order was ready! All employees were great! Especially the ones helping customers at the tables. Very attentive and helpful. Good was perfect.

- AJAbigail JacksonApr 17, 20261.0honestly I dont like to make reviews but ive had so many things wrong with every order ive ever gotten from this location and I think tonight was my last straw. this time I ordered a few bakery items and they didnt have any of them but nothing on my account looks like they're going to refund me for those items. last time I ordered a cherry pastry and they gave me an orange cake slice that I did not ask for and tbh I dont like those either so idk why they gave me that instead of just giving me my money back. my salad had regular onions on it instead of the pickled ones and last time I didnt even get chicken or dressing on it. I get that mistakes happen and it probably wasnt on purpose but their food is expensive. its just crappy when you pay a lot of money and your order is wrong every single time. I don't usually have this issue at any other location so idk what richmond is doing but they're doing it wrong and its really disappointing.

I added the fruit cup (which is an expensive up charge) for a small container that was half full or less. The sandwich was not very good. I've had this same sandwich at other locations and loved it. I can't put my finger on why it wasn't very good besides flavor.
