  This place has terrible service the breakfast pancakes are hard as hell around the edges and Lordy when you go inside to order you stand there for 3 months waiting for service.and you never get a smile from them it’s just frowns all day

  Always got 100 workers standing around in there but you still have to wait 10 minutes before someone will take your order. If you order ahead it’ll take 30 minutes before they have it ready. Ignore eating this goyslop

  So I am a doordash driver, and the order i was picking up, the guy refused to hand it to 3 drivers before me. And to me. And then I called doordash and they called the location 3 times. I heard the phone ringing. And the guy stood there, purposely not answering the phone because he knew it was doordash calling. And he was supposed to remake the order because it was already over an hour late. He was extremely rude to me and other customers. In the end, I got a negative marking on my doordash account because I wasnt able to pick up my order in the end. Mcdonald's needs to hire employees that are not lazy and extremely rude, who dont even do a basic job of remaking a sandwich and handing it over to me or the 3 dashers previous. Please Mcdonald's. DO BETTER!

  My uncle and I walked in tonight. This location claims on their door they close at 11pm Mon-Thurs inside the lobby. It was barely 10pm. I got inside through one of the doors that wasn't locked. I used the kiosk and didn't receive a receipt. I told the guy at the register that I didn't get a receipt but I had the order number. He took one look at me and claimed if I didn't have a receipt then he couldn't help me and that he was closing the restaurant. I then hear him mumbling under his breath as he called me a few names that I will not repeat on this form. However, the cool black dude (can't remember his name) helped me out as I told him what all happened. Whoever this dude is, they need to give him a lot more recognition 👏 💯 because he's treated me kindly every time I come to this particular location
