  Sat in the drive-thru for over 20 min before I finally gave up and drove away. I was told "just a moment" at the beginning, but after 20 min and asking if anyone was there....nothing. I understand being busy inside, but no acknowledgement or update is a bit over the top as far as bad service goes. Its a shame.

  We love JJ but we don't order it often because of this particular store. It always takes an hour or so for orders to make it us (we live right off the next exit). And sandwiches never come to us the way we order them. Ingredients are missing and there's always something added we didn't ask for. Sandwiches are sloppy. They're not marked or cut. It's just a mess. This is an unwich I recently ordered. I couldn't even eat it. So I cut it up and ate it like a salad.

  Absolutely love this place, great food and service! The only downside, parking is tricky

  Not freaky fast at all. Geez its just sandwiches. How long does it take? 20min in line for sandwiches. And they forgot the pickle

  Exactly what you want in a Jimmy John’s! I ordered 2 meals from the app in the parking lot. Walked in and said “hey, I’m sure the sandwiches aren’t ready yet, but I need to pay and get my drinks.” By the time I’d filled my drinks someone had brought the sandwiches to our table. Freaky Fast indeed!
