    If I could, I'd give 10 stars, the entire team at Richmond Dutch Bros is incredible. They always make me feel like a true VIP every time I pull in. Zac and Gavin are amazing!! They make my day!! ~Timothy

    Normally this place would get 5 stars. Tonight didn't deserve those 5. The drinks we ordered were great. The little blonde girl that first came to our car & later brought our drinks was awesome. She's a great worker. The problem was the other girl. We sat there behind two cars for between 10 and 15 minutes. The girl at the window stood there chatting like crazy with the people in the front car the whole time, laughing & joking pretty much non stop, leaving the blonde girl to do all the actual work. Don't get me wrong - I have no problem with having fun & talking at work. Done it many times myself. But when you're focusing too much on talking to your friends while your coworker does all the work, there's a problem. Oh! And turn down the music. It's too loud. "If it's too loud you're too old" doesn't count in working with the public. It's not a nightclub, it's a coffee place.

    I buy coffee here everyday because its a strong coffee as opposed to Starbucks which is just sugar. My last 4 coffees this week have been tasting like milk and caramel only. What happened? I always order the same thing and is double shot. Please go back to how it was :( this is my favorite spot in town.

    Friendly service I pulled up one morning indecisive. The barista Elenora was great. When I went to try something new, and when I didn't like it she made me my regular drink. I appreciated the gesture 🙌! I don't know how many drinks I have had at Dunkin I didn't like but was stuck with!!! The service is quick, friendly and has become mine and my daughter's fav place!!! Thank you
