If I could leave no stars I would. Worst fast food establishment around and terrible customer service. You wait over 35 mins for your order, then when you get your order it's not even correct. Management is a joke. I understand why they have so many one star reviews.

Ordered online, requested extra sauce on the pizza. Picked up at the window and returned home. Pizza was drier than the Sahara desert. Literally is just cheese on top of bread, no sauce to be found. Tried to call the store, and no one answered. Not going back out at 11pm. So severely disappointed that after a long hard day, I have to eat this cardboard.

First time using this location. Put my order in online. Got there about 15-20 minutes later only to be told it was going to be another 15 minutes at least.Had to cancel my order. Never going back!

The GM of the store will not honor any national deals when the Domino’s app is not functioning or their website is down and keeps showing errors while trying to place an order for those deals. VERY poor customer service!!!!

Ughhhhhhhh.. I love Dominos but I’ve been having negative interactions with employees and experiencing poorly made food over the past few months. It’s almost comical, really. Never an issue before though!
About a month ago I called the store to express that my food was poorly assembled and baked. I was met with attitude and sarcasm from the employee. After being belittled, I was given a credit on my account for my next order.
Before that, the driver left my pizza on my doorstep despite requesting for it to be handed to me. At least they rang the doorbell? Idk. Food was delish though.
Around 2 weeks ago I placed an order over the phone and asked to use the credit on my account from our last interaction. I was, yet again, met with exasperation, attitude, and sarcasm from the employee. And if it couldn’t get any more uncomfortable, the line didn’t disconnect when they went to end the call. Let’s just say they had some feelings about our interaction. Lol When I went in person to pick it up, the same employee was patient, kind, and overtly attentive. So that was interesting. Food was awesome.
My most recent order today arrived slung all over the box. At least it was better than last time?
