  Placed an order on the mobile app to be picked up at 8:10. The order was marked as completed. I waited 10 minutes in the pickup line before deciding to go inside and grab my food. That's where I found almost 20 people also waiting for their orders that were marked as completed. Found out that some of them had been waiting 1.5hrs for their food. Was told that they could not issue refunds because it was ordered through the app. After waiting for over an hour, and still not getting my order, I finally called the store number and was able to get a refund issued. The music was so loud that the employees could barely hear the customers. Only 2 of the 8+ employees were actually trying to work to fill orders, everyone else was moving at snail speed. Absolutely ridiculous, I don't think I will ever try to go back.

  The digital pickup service was terrible. I waited 20 minutes past my scheduled pickup time. Even then, after going inside to wait, I had to go to the counter and ask for my order, which was sitting in a bag and I was not notified it was ready as the rude pickup guy told me I would be told. On top of this terrible service, the food was sub par and a small portion for $20. I won’t be back anytime soon.

  Will not be back. We were in a group of four. We knew it would be busy since it recently opened, so we expected the wait. However the inside was dirty, not one clean table, then outside was the same situation. Then after waiting and ordering and getting to the end of the lines we find out they are out of chips. The staff were polite. However, quality of food for the price paid wasn’t worth it.

  Good food. Why am I waiting 30 plus minutes in the pickup line? It's not a drive thru. It's literally a pickup lane, so why does it take longer then any drive thru in town? I get it - new and popular, but I shouldn't be waiting this long in a line designed to "grab and go", so the efficiency really needs to be picked up here. Will definitely update the review of this is fixed, because right now it's not any better to go here then QDoba even if Chipotle is closer to me.

  Food was good overall but the chips were really stale. I ended up just throwing them away. My order had a set pick up time and it was 8 minutes late. Hopefully it's just growing pains from just opening. I'll review again in the future to see if it gets better. *Just tried to order on the app and it won't let me. Just keeps saying no pick up times available so I went somewhere else. Downgraded another star unfortunately.
