Everytime I’ve been they are out of half of the ingredients. They don’t tell you up front, so you are forced to pay for an order that isn’t whole. I think management may need more forecasting training on what supply and demand means. Also should be communicating up front.

This has got to be the worst ran restraunt that I have ever seen. The employees move like their clothes are made of lead. The have no regard for the customers around them, the other day the fella running the register was flipping off the lady working the drive thru with customers in the lobby and at the drive thru window. It takes forever to get the food.
It is very clear that either the management doesn't care what the employees do or the manager has absolutely no control over what is going on.

For this place to have only been open for 6 weeks, it’s pitiful how downhill it’s gone. When we got there, we noticed the outside dining area was filthy-napkins everywhere, tables not wiped down & someone had gotten sick out there on the patio. We walked inside & much of the same. The tables were dirty & hadn’t been wiped down. The area where the drinks, cutlery & napkins are was also dirty. We ordered our food & when we got up there to pay, the young lady kept asking us the same questions over & over, such as what we ordered(which the other person had already told her), kept asking if that was all even after telling her multiple times we needed drinks. Then when we ordered chips & queso, she said they didn’t have chips because their fryer was down. The fountain machine did not appear to be working right either. All the drinks tasted terrible. I got the steak bowl & the steak tasted like it was a week old. It was so tough & I couldn’t chew through the meat. I was so disappointed to shell out all that money & have such a terrible experience. Also, I’d like to say that I know it can get busy & the workers get behind, but haven’t such a dirty establishment is uncalled for. We dined there at 3:45 in the afternoon. There was no one else there so one of the many employees there could have been out there cleaning. I took the survey after I got my receipt AND I send an email as well. However I am going to cover all my bases & be sure others know how terrible it was there.

Richmond is kind of the Mecca of fast food chains, but not so much for standout local spots. I tried this Chipotle a couple of times, hoping it’d be a reliable go-to, but the dining area just didn’t feel very clean. The portion sizes were on the small side, though that’s not too surprising for Chipotle. And the staff did not seem like they wanted to be there.

Don’t go here. I’ve been 3 times and each time hoping it would be better and disappointed more each time. Ordered pickup the first time and ordered a burrito with steak (which is an up charge) and pico. I get home and eat and there was 4 pieces of steak in the entire thing, if you’d even call it that because it was just fatty scrap. Absolutely no pico de gallo at all and a couple pieces of corn ended up in there somehow. $15 for a burrito and not even what I ordered. I was like well maybe I should just go inside and order and that won’t happen. Next time I go inside, and they are out of guacamole, lime sauce, sour cream, and lettuce. Well that’s half my damn burrito. Whatever got it anyways bc I had to eat. I went again today and they’re out of sour cream and guacamole. Each time they don’t tell you they’re out until you get down there and ask for it in your order. Portion sizes are ridiculously small to conserve for high volume of customers. Clearly have a lot to work out still. I’ll be sticking to Don Senor. Cheaper, made fresh, and they load you up everytime with no crazy upcharges for ordering guacamole or queso. Picked some up for my brother and the size difference was ridiculous for the same burrito.
