  The food is "average". The tenders tend to be cooked too long and are very thin. Their other chicken options are a better choice. Servers are very pleasant and responsive. Getting seated can be a delay; there is usually no dedicated host for seating. It's very reminiscent of the typical sports bar style restaurant, so it has the requisite number of sports displayed on TV s on each wall. Good environment for munching on actual chicken legs / wings while watching a game.

  Management must have changed, or something because we use to come in and get some excellent service. BUT this last time we went on April 2, 2026 it was abysmal. We had 3 different people welcome us and we told them we'd like a booth. The first one said that she'd clean a table, there was only 1 booth available and it just needed wiping down, and she disappeared. Second one we told her that we were waiting on the first one - who was still invisible in the restaurant. Third one we told him we'd been told that they needed to clean the booth and he said he'd take care of it. He also disappeared. Finally the 4th person, the manager is what my husband said he was, took it upon himself to wipe down the table and seat us. And it wasn't even crowded. It took forever for her to come get our drink order, which we went ahead and ordered our food as well since we knew what we were getting. She came by to check on us once, refilled 2/5 glasses and I finally had to wave her down for a refill, the check (at which time I informed her we were military) and 5 take-out boxes. By the time she returned with the amended bill I was ready just to get up and leave. My husband DID get up and go to the car before she brought the bill by. There is NO excuse for the laziness and lack of enthusiasm that we've come to expect from this location of BWW. The servers need to be told, apparently, that a smile and good service will do wonders for repeat customers, not to mention tips. The only reason I left her a tip is because I would have hated for someone not to tip me back in the day. I imagine that the lack of enthusiasm can only be due to not enough coaching by the trainers or manager. The manager ought to have a 2-3 minute pep-talk at the beginning of every shift . Just so sad that these servers acted as if they were there not of their own accord and were being punished by serving us. I typically do NOT leave scathing reviews, but this time I just couldn't let it go. So sorry.

  My husband and I arrived around 4:30 pm. There was not a hostess. The only waitress (Alyssa) acknowledged our arrival and continued with the table she was serving. She had 3 tables already before we arrived. We were seated and ordered. Meanwhile, throughout our visit, Alyssa receives 3 more tables (7 tables, including ours). We see 2-3 staff come out, but fail to help Alyssa refill drinks, etc. They hid in the kitchen to avoid helping. We give props to Alyssa for her serving skills despite having no help from the other staff.

  55 minutes here and only got my beer (after 20 min). Service is sloooooooow! Gave 2 stars for the food in anticipation I might actually get it. Adjacent tables have dirty plates on them that has been there since I got here. Update: food arrived (boneless wings and fries) after 1 hour (30 min after ordered) and they are out of parmesan garlic sauce (no offer for an alternate). A person at an adjacent table went to the bar to get me another beer - waitress was a ghost for a good 30 min. Updated food to 3* - good sized boneless wings and generous amount of fries (would have been 4* but no parmesan garlic). Also upgraded service to 2* as ahe was quick for payment.
