    Ordered food was supposed to be out at 703 PM. 15 minutes go by I get out of car and ask and was asked to be patient. Another 10 minutes and food is brought out and cold. If I had to wait almost 30 minutes after it was to be ready why was it cold. The place was a circus tonight and I will not be back.

    Came back to change my review because I gave them another chance and they didn’t disappoint. I ordered on the app and they were quick. The young man that brought out the order was so kind and apologetic about them running out of a certain item we had already ordered. They never mess up our order so I’m grateful for that as well!

    I ordered a double cheeseburger and the bun was hard as a rock. And I asked if it could be remade. And I waited for over 20mins and hit the red button and no one even answered, so when I saw the attendant walking back from bringing someone her food, I asked her how much longer will my food be, and she was like "oh I forgot, we got busy, my apologies". And I told her I was here before the rush of people and she proceeded to argue with me. Never have I had such a horrible experience like this before. How are you mad at me for messing up my order and then forgetting about it, even after I tipped you! I will not be back.

    We were in the stall for 30 mins before someone came out and said we had to move to a different one. Once we did we waited an additional 45 minutes to order. There needs to be signs showing what is and isn’t working because this is becoming ridiculous. We saw 2 people walk up and and order and get their food before we even ordered.

    I got a BLT combo, with Tater Tots & a large drink well the sandwich was terrible I am posting a picture I would be ashame to even serve that the tater tots were not good & a little too done for me I will not be back there the wait time was ridiculous as well..I won’t go back
