  It took 35 minutes to get our food and both orders were wrong. The sonic burgers tasted like they shoved it up a cows ass and threw it on a bun. The bun was so hard you could skip across water.

  I have given this place so many chances and it disappoints every time. I won’t go back. Just pushed the button and waited over 10 minutes and nothing. Though the stall might be messed up so tried another one and still nothing. I would have waited had someone even acknowledged that we were there. Do not recommend.

  This is the second time I’ve been to this sonic and both times, I pulled up to a stall, pressed the red button, and waited and waited for nobody to answer. As I did the time before, I switched to my phone and made a mobile order, then drove around to one of the pickup spots and checked in. A sweet carhop came to my window a few min later with an order for someone else by mistake. No problem! He was super sweet and clearly overworked — I think he was the only server there. A few more min pass by and he brings out my order :) I thanked him and grabbed a few fries out of the bag as I pulled out of the Sonic lot — Ice cold. Not a spec of salt. Completely oil-logged. As a pregnant lady with a craving, I was caught somewhere between misplaced rage and wanting to cry 😭😂 but my empathy for that poor lone server won out and I just threw them away without further incident. I’m still super bummed about my cold food and the fact that every time I’ve come here, nobody actually took my order when I rang the red button. I think focusing on quality (of food and order-placing equipment) would be a great investment for the store. PS: the pickle fries are gone?! 😩😩😩

  Waited for over twenty minutes to place a drink order on a Friday with only 4 other cars there unfortunately we didn't even get our drinks. Truly a poor experience.

  We ordered a footlong chili dog and they sent out a six inch and told us that was what we ordered. The person that brought the food out and said her manager said they would refund us and we could order a footlong. Then the manager came out and said it was our fault. I will never come back to this location. They have nothing but kids running it.
