  Food was cold when it got to us . All trash cans overflowing . Staff wasn't very friendly except 1 young gal wish I would had gotten her name . She was working her butt off and still was professional and friendly .

  I placed an order at 8:02 and it was brought to my vehicle at 8:29pm. When I asked for an update at 8:15, a young woman later identified as Malia said they were working on it, offering no further detail. I requested another update at 8:25 and heard the same reply, again without explanation. I then watched an employee deliver an order to a customer who arrived ten minutes after me, and—possibly Malia—walked to her red car and sat inside. My order arrived at 8:29, only to reveal it had been on the warmer the whole time. I am deeply dissatisfied with the service; waiting thirty minutes is one issue, but receiving no reasonable explanation is another. Watching an employee bring out an order placed ten minutes after mine and proceed to go and sit in her car adds to said frustration. This is a deal breaking experience for me. This location could use better training.

  I ordered to drinks with one car ahead of me and waited 15-20 minutes. I asked how much longer and was told within the next 5 mins and that was at the 15 minute mark.

  There are many things that haven't gone right when I've been at this sonic, but what made me write this review is getting a blast that has two pieces of the heath bar and the rest of it is vanilla. This isn't the first time it's happened to me and it won't be the last. On other occasions I have pushed the red button, and there were no responses. And another time, when I sat waiting for 40 minutes for a drink.
