  So order a pizza tonight go in and the told me it was cancelled out but still took the money off my card and still giving me updates on when it was going to be ready then he could pull it right back up in the computer so how was my order canceled so something that was supposed to take in 20 minutes to get took me almost an hour very rude about it this isn't the first time I've had issues last time I ordered pasta of bread sticks they forgot to make my breakfast so I had to wait 30 minutes for that almost this is ridiculous to get together

  Leaving 5 stars for the Pizza Hut in Radcliff because the young lady working this evening absolutely deserves the recognition. I had two large DoorDash orders, and she was the only employee there. Despite handling everything herself, she made quick work of both orders while still being friendly and taking a moment to chat. During our conversation, I learned she’s the only one working tonight, has to close the store, and then turn right around and open it again in the morning. I unfortunately didn’t catch her name, but I hope someone at Pizza Hut sees this. Her work ethic, positive attitude, and dedication did not go unnoticed. Employees like her are hard to find, and she deserves to be recognized. Thank you for the outstanding service, and 5 stars well deserved! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I’ve been there twice in the last month and every yt person in that establishment has been rude. They treat people of color as if their not there Won’t look you in the eye won’t take your order and if you stay in there and eat they’ll clean tables that are already clean just to watch as if you’ll steal something if you are a person of color please don’t come to this Pizza Hut you will be disappointed. It’s sad cause it’s that’s the first time i experience racism in my life .😞

  DEVIN AND SHAQUETTA HAVE BEEN THERE TIME AFTER TIME TO PROVIDE US ALL WITH EXXXCELLENT PIE!!! AND EXCELLENT SERVICE... THEY'RE ALWAYS THERE TO HELP WITH EXCELLENT ATTITUDES, VERY EASY GOING FOLKS JUST LIKE FAMILY. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PIZZA HUT FOR YOU AND YOUR FAMILY😁

  (05/02/26, 12:09a.m., a short, white, and curvy girl). I came in to order lunch, and this young lady was working by herself. She acknowledged me immediately and took my order, repeating it for accuracy. About six minutes later, she came out to my car, apologizing profusely. She realized she did not have one of the items I ordered and offered to upgrade it to something comparable, apologizing along the way. After 20 minutes, I went back inside to get my order. I noticed she was busy. She acknowledged me and said she needed a few minutes. I said it was okay and went back to my truck. About 10 minutes later, she came out with my food, apologizing for being busy. I thought she needed to be recognized for being an amazing example of professional hospitality and going above and beyond.
