  Energetic workers really have good customer service i always come here pizza & wigz taste good everytime loving coming with my family !

  Started off bad with a dead bird on the sidewalk. Next we had a wheelchair user that struggled to get in due to the barely accessible entrance. Then we order our food and they offer GF pizza crust on the menu. Unfortunately the menu is outdated and they no longer serve GF crust which was needed due to a food allergy. Next they don’t have salad which is something else that is GF that was unavailable. Waitress didn’t know much about their menu and when I asked for silverware she said “it’s up at the Buffett” then continued to whatever she was doing, I was at awe that she made us get our own silverware. Only positive is the food tasted good🤷‍♂️

  Drove 2.5 hrs for the classic experience on a Saturday night. It was dead as a doornail . We were the only people in there and we could see why after we sat down. Poorly ran, dirty plates at the salad bar, which btw had about the most basic options for a salad bar I have ever seen. The poor girl that was our server was as lost as a blind 3 year old in the woods. Rest of the staff was cussing and saying how they can't stand their customers and how the place is a joke. All the while taking probably 10 smoke breaks in the hour we were there. Really disappointed. Pizza was pretty good though, thats the only thing I can say wasn't bad. Don't come from far away, you'll be very mad you drove that far.

  Went for the awesome dine in salad and pizza experience, and was sadly disappointed. We were the ONLY ones in the restaurant around 3 pm on a week day. From what I understand it was remodeled in the February 2026 timeframe for the old sit down pizza Hut experience It seems that the GM is a bit beat down and has given up. When you walk up to the door the parking lot is full of cigarette butts & and very poorly kept, the men's bathroom was in dire need of attention. The items on the salad bar were not very fresh, she said they have complained to the food delivery, and that's the best they can get, pizzahut salad bar used to have great options to make an awesome salad, now there are very few items, we asked about sunflower seeds, potato sticks, thousand Island she said that corporate said no. There was a lot of lack of attention to detail. We asked about the video game and were told it broke right after it was installed. I think this place has a lot of potential with the right supervision and support. The GM was kind and listened to our concerns. One and done for us!
