  I stop by almost every day and want to give a big shout out to Ciara. Her customer service is exceptional she always has a warm smile on her face and makes every visit pleasant and smooth. She’s reliable, friendly, and a real asset to the team. Highly recommend stopping by.

  I have been coming to Dutch Bros since the day that it opens, and I have never had a bad experience.Every single time I go there , they are so friendly and just amazing.I always have some of the best conversations while I'm waiting for my coffee to be made and yes , they're coffee is amazing , and i'm so glad that they finally got food there , which is also amazing , but what makes this place so amazing is that every single one of the employees are so friendly and so professional and just amazing of how they treat their customers, especially Sierra every time I come there , she always has a smile on her face and she's so friendly and I just love coming to dutch bros..

  First time being at one of Dutch Bros locations and will be the last, the drink tastes like an over priced monster. When the lady was making the drinks she was only filled the scoops half way maybe.

  The food and the drinks options are good, not a lot of food options but that is expected because it is a coffee and juice place more than food. The people there are friendly. I've put 2 stars for atmosphere because it is a drive through and there is no atmosphere there.   I ordered my coffee ahead through the app because I was on a schedule and wanted to save time. Instead, I had to sit in the drive-thru behind eight cars before I could pick up my order. By the time I reached the window, ordering ahead hadn't saved me any time at all. I mentioned this to two different employees. One commented that they hoped my order would be ready by the time I reached the window, and the other simply apologized. While I appreciated the apology, I left feeling like my concern wasn't really addressed. I was on my way to serve at Park Hill and ended up running late because of the delay. If ordering ahead doesn't provide a quicker pickup option, it defeats the purpose of using the app. I enjoy Dutch Bros and hope they consider a better process for mobile orders so customers who order ahead can actually save time.
