    Matty at Dutch Bros was amazing! It was my first time there, and she recommended a drink that ended up being absolutely bomb. I loved it! Great customer service and an awesome first experience. I’ll definitely be back!

    went to dutch bros today. the vibes were amazing and i ordered a banana bread mocha with cupcake and chocolate drizzle and broista Lucas made my drink perfectly. 10/10 would recommend to my friends and would come back. i love the people here and the vibes they radiate to the customers. 🫶🏼🫶🏼

    This place is honestly horrendous, and from my experiences and what I’ve heard, management seems to be a major part of the problem. That being said, I had the BEST experience today because of two employees, Jasmine and Naomi. They were absolutely top-tier. My order was taken incorrectly in the drive-thru, and when I got to the window, it was repeated back to me incorrectly as well. Jasmine and Naomi immediately stepped in, figured out what went wrong, and corrected everything without making me feel like I was a problem. They were incredibly helpful, patient, and had such great attitudes throughout the entire interaction. Employees like them are the reason customers keep coming back. Unfortunately, I’ve also noticed some serious issues with how the employees are treated. During the winter, I’ve seen employees working outside in extremely cold temperatures with what appeared to be very little protection from the elements. Then during the summer, I’ve been there on 100-degree days and seen employees outside without adequate shade or protection from the heat. I was once told that sunscreen and wearable ice packs were provided, but in my opinion, that simply isn’t enough. Other drive-thru coffee chains have outdoor coverings and much better protection for their employees, and there’s no reason a company this large and successful shouldn’t be able to provide the same. And then there’s the health inspection score. A 90?! As someone who comes here fairly often, I was honestly shocked to see that. That is not the standard I would expect from a company of this size. The coffee itself is good, and there are definitely employees who provide great service—Jasmine and Naomi being perfect examples. But management seriously needs to take a hard look at what is happening behind the scenes and how employees are being treated and supported. The employees deserve better, and customers deserve better. Do better.

    We pulled in on a Sunday morning around 9:45am. There were cars parked for the walk up service and maybe 6 in line for the drive thru. No one out was out taking orders and we thought for sure it was going to be a long wait. Nope! We got to the window in a matter of minutes and beautiful, sweet and knowledgeable Chrissy took our order and it was ready before we were done paying! Old school jams playing. Customer service is ALWAYS superb! We love this place!

    This was the third or fourth time my family mobile ordered and waited 20+ minutes PAST the pick up time, more than 40 minutes total. Absolute garbage. Does this location just ignore mobile orders? I cannot fathom why it takes so long when I see customers walking up and getting drinks or going through drive through. Will not be going back. When I complained all I got was a “sorry about that.” She was completely unconcerned with how poor her customer service was. I’d give no stars if possible.
