  NO more chances! We have been off and on going to this DD. Terrible service. They don’t what donuts they have or how to make coffee. We order 1 kind, we get a different donut. There have been times when we were inside and a young man was yelling and spilling coffee everywhere. Vaunce? He was very busy doing nothing.

  I would give zero stars if I could. I’ve given this location two chances and this might be the worst coffee experience I have ever had. To start, staff is extremely unprofessional. Answering personal phone calls in the middle of taking an order, talking to their mom on the phone while the drive through speaker was on and we hadn’t been acknowledged, people waiting at the counter for more than 5 minutes without being acknowledged by staff. There were at least 4 people working today but they only waited on drive through orders. They were having remake drinks because they were wrong (ie cold instead of hot when it was printed on the label). They couldn’t identify food orders that were ready so just wouldn’t call them out.. I’m pretty sure this coffee is just a hot chocolate and it was handed to me covered in syrup. As we were leaving they said they were out of espresso and had already run out of eggs, having to refund multiple people who had been waiting more than 20 minutes because they gave all the eggs to people in the drive thru instead of completing orders in the order they were received. And the real kicker was that we all only found out they were out of eggs because we asked why our food was taking so long, we had to ask for a refund… terrible business practices. And the restrooms were absolutely disgusting. I will never be back to this location.

  I love dunkin, but they are lazy at this location, and the location in Elizabethtown. Unfortunately I cannot do caffeine, but I love coffee! It used to be no problem to get a decaf coffee or decaf latte. I have been 6 different times, from both this location and their Elizabethtown location. All times they served me regular coffee instead of decaf. Now I’m not unreasonable. I totally understand that my coffee was not to be made as soon as possible and that there are other people whose drinks have priority. I have even told them that I would not mind to wait for it to be made correctly, But every single time they claim that it was made with decaf I was not able to sleep and realized it was never remade. I will not be coming back to Dunkin of any location in this area

  The doughnuts they serve look like someone took a bite from them.i added the picture so yall can see no one should be served this. U can go in the afternoon and they dont have doughnuts. Workers on the phone with the drive through window open. There for awhile it was nice. But here recently it has went down hill. I ordered ice coffee 1 time and they gave me hot coffee in a cup and added ice and water. It was gross and they knew they messed up and instead of asking another worker there to make it they told me it was free. I didnt even want it cause it was gross.
