  I never leave a reviews, but ordered my son a kids meal. Waiting 15 + min for it. Only got the bun. No burger. Had to drive back. No apology. Second attempt was wrong again! Had a hungry and crying child.

  This McDonalds just needs to shut down. I have tried to give this location multiple chances, but each time it seems like I am getting day old or reheated food. The hamburger meat looks old and dry and the buns are stale. Can’t even get fresh fries half the time. Order is wrong 50 percent of the time and the drive thru is so slow. I highly doubt this location is up to McDonalds standards if they even have any. Avoid this location!

  Im new around here. And ive been to this McDonald's 3 times. And all i have to say is, ABSOLUTE TRASH! The service, the food, the employees, the entire location. I will no longer be visiting this McDonald's. Terrible experience. They need to get a district manager to this McDonald's ASAP!

  The young little white boy at the drive-thru during lunch acts like he's scared for anybody to see his face and hides behind the window it's weird. And they're always forgetting something

  It started out bad but it ended on a good note! I placed a mobile order and did a curbside pickup. Waited 15 minutes and ended up calling the store and they came out just a few minutes later. 2 drinks were missing but she went in to get them and apologized for the long wait on the food. They ended up giving us 2 extra fries, upgraded the size of 2 fries we had ordered and gave us an additional 4 piece nugget. After leaving we realized we did not get any of the almighty sweet n sour sauce. We drove back, and waited in the drive thru line another 6-7 minutes or so and asked for 6-7 sweet n sour sauces and a refill on my small Coke because I had already finished it. I straight up asked the dude at the window if he could hook it up with a shamrock shake because of the near 35 minute ordeal to have all the food in my possession. Thankfully he said yes and he hooked it up with a large. Overall they took a long time and recognized that and hooked it up so much they forget the sauces. Thankful for this McDonald’s and the kindness to make things up when they don’t go smoothly as we’d like! And if you don’t have the McDonald’s app yet, you should get it immediately!!’
