  Ordered our food off the app and waited about 10 minutes to pick it up. Well when my husband got there one of the employees was sitting in dining room eating an watching something on his phone didn’t even have headset on. So he slowly made his way to a headset and asked “what do you want” which was very unprofessional. I said I had an online order he said pull to window. Another employee rudely comes to window and puts his finger (pointer) an says just hold on a minute. So employees are very rude and unprofessional. Plus I had to still wait additional 30 minutes for my food that I had ordered 40 minutes ago. It wasn’t a big order at all, 2 footlong meatball subs with cheese, black olives, an parmesan. Well after waiting 40 minutes, 30 of those minutes was sitting at store. They hand me my bag a said sorry was waiting on the white bread, well I didn’t have white bread for either of my sandwich’s. I should have checked before I left the store but I was also supposed to be at work in 15 minutes, but when I open my bag I didn’t get either one of my sandwich’s. I got some sort of chicken wrap an a turkey with onions, lettuce, tomatoes , and don’t what else. This was the worst experience I have ever had at this store or at other restaurant for that matter. I wasn’t even gonna put even one star but wouldn’t let me post without choosing a star, so that is why you even got a star

  The employees are rude when u order a mobile order takes 45 minutes for them to talk through the drive through and usually my food is cold beacuse it’s sitting on the counter 10 out of 10 wouldn’t recommend

  It’s a busy Saturday at lunch time and this poor worker was scheduled by himself. Orders backed up with more orders being placed back to back. Line out the building and backed up drive through. THERE IS NO WAY ONE PERSON CAN DO THIS BY THEMSELVES. Whoever is in management was not being fair, they should’ve had to come into work today too. This is just wrong

  I went in at prime lunch time on a Saturday and the manager only must have scheduled 1 worker because he was by himself and was loaded up with online orders, drive through, and line inside. This should not be allowed. You cannot and will not be able to have efficient and quality business if you are only working one man. Bless his heart, he tried his best but you can only do so much by yourself. This looks awful for this establishment and its management.

  I think we have different definitions of toasted. Pretty sure they had the oven off. My cheese wasn't melted, all the meats are ice cold and bread hasnt seen an oven since yesterday. For 20 bucks youd think you could get it right.
