  I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from an employee named Angel. During my interaction, Angel displayed an unprofessional attitude and lacked the basic customer service skills expected in a customer-facing role. Her communication style was dismissive, and she did not make any effort to assist me respectfully or resolve my concerns. I believe additional training in professionalism, communication, and customer service would greatly benefit this employee. Customers should be treated with courtesy and respect, and unfortunately, that was not my experience. I hope management will address this matter to ensure future customers receive the level of service your company strives to provide.

  Seems like every time I come no matter which screen I use it never gives me an option to pay then they have to take my card in and pay. It’s annoying and has been an ongoing issue forever.

  I was trying to place a order and the kids was yelling loud and one of the workers came out and gave the lil ice cream cup so I could order that was so sweet
