  This location is the worst Arby's I have ever visited. We travel often and Arby's is one of our favorite places to dine in. However, this location is definitely at the bottom of the list. The team here is very unprofessional and immature. Every employee barely can complete their job correctly without either asking for assistance or having to redo the transaction due to an incorrect action. It's completely impossible to identify the MOD as every employee was incompetent and unaware of the customers. The dining room became a waiting room for customers waiting over 10 minutes for simple orders or uncooked meals. The team did not show accountability for anything and did not show compassion to the customers for the long wait or issues with their meal. This team could care less and I cannot believe upper management or the franchise owner let's such a team operate this establishment.
