  Food is great but do not order delivery. They send them through Uber and it is NOT freaky fast.

  Payed over 17 dollars for a small loaf of white bread with Italian toppings. There was barely any veggies they had less lettuce on the mega sub than a taco bell taco. I was so disappointed with how little of everything they added. I feel I was robbed the sandwich was no bigger than my hand for each half. And they claim this is there huge mega sub. I might come back to order 3 of these mega subs eat them all on a yt video just to prove a point. Including how little was on the sandwich it's self. I go to Walmart and buy a whole loaf of bread for less then 2$ twice as big as this and make subs 10 times better. If u want to waste money on little to no sandwich this is the place for you.

  I was dining in at the Jimmy John’s in Pikeville, KY when I witnessed a manager aggressively asking another employee to go outside and fight, using profanity and making threats. It was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. I reported it through the company website but never received a response, and the manager was still employed when I returned the following week. Very disappointing.

  It’s quick and clean but the staff here seem like they can’t be bothered to do their job.
