  This place is great, but the pizza didn’t make it when I put it in the washing machine. I just wanted to make sure the box was clean because I am a bit of a neat freak, so I thought why not put it in the washer. I tossed it in a delicate cycle, but it ripped soaked right through the cardboard and drenched the pizza. Pepperoni everywhere, sauce down my machine and it was a mess. I got it out as quick as I could. I had to scoop out the remains pizza with a shovel, but I got it in the dryer. It bounced around like a herd of cattle in a category 5 tornado. Somehow it dried though. I still ended up eating it, but dang it was tough. It was like the time I went hunting and tagged my neighbors ceramic deer. We ate on that thing for a month and it was still hard as a rock. I still highly recommend though

  This was probably one of the best Dominoes experiences I ever had. The lady working there, by herself might I add, was the nicest employee I have met in quite some time. I don’t know what she is paid, but I would argue. It is probably not enough. Great experience.

  First time in pikeville… pulled in and an employee kicked some guys mirror off his truck. Then proceeded to go inside and ask if I wanted my mirror kicked off as well. Terrible service had to wait a additional 10 minutes for my food since they gave it to wrong person.

  Walked over from the Hampton Inn while in town for business. I was picking up my food to go back. I guess the pizza tracker was wrong about my time so I had to wait, which provided me with the time to observe. Now this place was busy with the two workers pumping out food. I get it, not much time but to work, work, work. The place was very unsanitary with pizza toppings everywhere as if they had a good fight. What bothered me most was that I witnessed one of the employees who was flattening dough and adding toppings walk up and take cash, give change and go elright back to his pizza station without stopping to wash his hands or put on food service gloves. I'm appalled because he did this in front of everyone without missing a beat, twice! I can't imagine the shenanigans they do when no one is there. The food was gross too, and burnt. Needless to say there won't be a second chance.

  It took over an hour to get my order. What I ordered and what I actually got was wrong. The staff just looked at the order, and done nothing. They did not attempt to correct my order. There was plenty of people sitting inside the lobby waiting. I did experience a women walk back to the kitchen area to place an order. She was told that several people was in front of her in line. She stormed out and left. The pizzas were barely edible. The quality of the ingredients here is well below average. Flavor is severly lacking. I don't recommend ordering pizza here. I did notice a lot of random people hanging around smoking and vaping around the area. I don't think any of them actually worked there. Be wary of your surroundings if you decide to visit here. It is now time for regional management and owners to reevaluate this business. This location has dropped off significantly on service, food quality, and order times. If improvements aren't made soon, then this location isn't likely to stay open much longer.
