  Today After 1:30 p.m., I went inside the restaurant as the drive-thru was backed up. All I wanted was a mango pineapple refresher. The cashier that took my order was very nice. I asked if I could order it with extra berry blast. She said yes, and I was aware there was an upcharge. Before I even moved over to pick up my drink, one of the people behind the counter came over and told the cashier not to do that any more —the extra boba. While I was standing there. She was definitely rude to the cashier and I found her attitude in front of me, a paying customer, to be extremely unprofessional. I checked my receipt and I had been charged extra for the boba. Why have a button on the register to charge extra if you are not allowed to sell the order? I did not get the name of the rude clerk, but being a regular customer of McDonald’s, it “left a bad taste in my mouth” and I don’t know that I will be back to this McD as I was embarassed for the cashier and felt I was treated very rudely. I am 67 yo and have managed many places over the years. I WOULD NEVER CORRECT AN EMPLOYEE LIKE THIS IN FRONT OF A CUSTOMER. ADDITIONAL TRAINING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE WOULD BE WHAT I RECOMMEND.

  Door dash order for lunch. Arrived in heavy duty type shopping bag. Order inside in another bag for ride. In all not one, none NADA napkins or ketchup. Napkins should be a given , but getting ketchup is not an option on door dash. McDonald's doesn't care anymore. Just take the money, give them the food and walk away.

  Weighted will over a half an hour for chicken nuggets for my child and they served at least 10 people that came in after I did before I got my food definitely not good workers and they will round you up for a donation even if you tell them no

  All McDonalds are the same but not but this one is absolutely horrible beyond they are rude and all because my bf asked were are food was an we been waiting 30 min on a MCDOUBLE he wanted to cuz my bf out abt how it’s not that big of a deal like excuse you work there if u didn’t wanna do the shit don’t work there iv had multiple problems it’s ridiculous

  My wife ordered a coffee. She had to go park and go inside and ask for sugar and napkins. The condiments were all empty as well as the station with creamer, sugar and coffee additives. The night staff were rude to her and incompetent bc they gave her one pkg of sugar for her coffee. Furthermore, they gypped our four & five year old out of items in their Happy Meals...making them "Crappy Meals," our unhappy oldest said. I paid for three Apple Pies and was only given two. The staff were immature and joking and playing the whole time, leaving customers untended and dissatisfied and frustrated. We ate our food in the parking lot once we managed to go back in several times to request the missing food, condiments, and napkins. When held accountable they smirked and looked and snickered at the lousy job they're doing, and seemed nonplussed. Ive gone to McDonald's for 45 years, and I've never been so stressed out and disappointed in the service. The restroom for my wife was left filthy and broken, the toilets were clogged and unuseable, overflowing. That place needs new employees that have some integrity, respect, and desire to do their assigned tasks, and an inspection by the Health Department. If they were my employees they wouldn't be [having playtime and recreation] working there tomorrow or ever again. Several teammembers and a manager were being loud and disrespectful to, or about a female coworker, telling her she should just quit, and cursing about her and being vulgar about her. It was an awful experience.
