Extremely stingy with Alfredo sauce. If you enjoy not getting what you order, waiting for them to remake it while your other food gets cold so you end up in a lose/lose situation OR you enjoy dry, burned pasta, this place is for you! Come on down!

That time, they delivered my pizza to the wrong place 3 TIMES. And then argued with me saying I was lying and that they brought it to the right place. When the manager asked for her to tell where she went - she told them she went to clintonville rd (not where I live) But tonight- I have my husband go pick it up. I had been notified it was ready. He was told it wasn't ready- 10 more mins. He sat there for 30 mins and showed them my email. They were ready the whole time. So idk what they were doing for the 30 mins he was waiting. But we finally get our cold pizza home and it is slathered in the garlic oil blend on the crust (we always ask for this not to be added due to allergy) I call them and they tell me that it was overlooked because "they were slammed and was just trying to get pizzas out" and she proceeded to tell me that they don't remake pizzas due to that being added when not wanted. So what is the purpose of the capital letters saying not to on the receipt? We won't be back. I hate leaving these kind of reviews but this is ridiculous. People have to spend way too much to eat out,--you should at least be able to get food the way you ordered it. I will contact corporate first thing Monday.

Almost tasted like it was partially pre-made and repeated. I tried it again today and both pizzas are going in the trash. Never again!
