  My daughter ask me to pick her up some french toast sticks from Sonic today with a coke. I placed the order on the app and all seemed well. Showed up to the store, tried checking in but the app kept telling me that spot was not available. Funny since I was parked in spot #2. I tried the next spot over #3 and it took it. Seeing how I ordered ahead and was only getting french toast, I was surprised to wait 15 minutes before anyone came out. The lady came out to the car to tell me that they were out of french toast sticks but here is a coupon for a free one at a later date. I told her they need to take them off the app so that they cannot be ordered. She responded with that is not my job, that's the managers job. I said I want my money back and was told you need to call a number if you want a refund. So, not only did I not receive my order, they still charged me for it and refused to give me my money back. To make matters worse, when I finally arrived home, the drink was wrong. I ordered a coke and they gave me some blue raspberry drink. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this Sonic and really question Sonic in general now. Do not vist the Sonic located at 5240 US 60 in Paducah KY! Rude workers and poor service!

  Was disappointed with this location...won't be back. Went the drive thru and waited a few minutes for the order, my burger was just warm while the bun was cold and dried out. (You could tap the bun) ordered unsweet tea and got nasty sweet tea. Only thing i didn't throw out were the Tots, they were hot.

  This is my fave Sonic to go to. The food is always hot and just the way i order it and i always buy two bags of their ice for my house because it’s my fave ice ever. The young girl at the window was super nice and made sure my whole order was correct. Good job with hiring hard working people!!

  I went up to the drive-thru and waited almost 10 minutes for no one to respond at all. I tried to contact them multiple times program building three times. Nothing when I pulled around and looked inside. They were all on their phones doing absolutely nothing. I understand taking a break during work, but everyone just neglecting their duties and ignoring customers probably one the rudest experiences I ever had. It’s great still like it. Just the service tonight was not it.
