  Today is 08/31/26 (12:26pm.)The food is always great.But today service was less than ideal.I work 2 jobs every day.After working 6 hours ,getting ready for my 8 hour shift I thought I would go through and pick up a couple of meals for my sister and I .The sign said “$7 Big Deal meal.”So I ordered TWO!-The young woman taking my order proceeded to act as if she had NO IDEA WHAT I MEANT.-I told her what the advertisement said and she proceeded to say,”oh no, that’s our value meal!”-I said “mam, I just want 2 of these $7 Big Deal meals I see with the hot fudge sundae’s.”She insisted I call them Value meals.She was determined to make an argument over the intercom.🙄I finally got the order placed and when handing the order out the window I asked if she had a drink holder for the drinks and sundae’s?-“No” she said.So I asked for another small bag because I had a long way to walk when I got home with the food.She rolled her eyes.The temperature is horrible today and my air conditioner was out!..Longer story shortened..PLEASE TALK TO YOUR EMPLOYEES about customer service! (I didn’t dare ask for ketchup with this young woman.)

  Scheduled an order for pickup 35 minutes before close. All the lights are off in the front. Over 20 minutes later and still waiting on my order.
