  We ate at Pizza Ranch in Casper, Wyoming a while back and it was great, so we were excited when Paducah got a Pizza Ranch. But the experience was not great. They had one employee ringing people up at the door while also stocking the pizzas. He struggled to keep up. We went in a Thursday night for wings, I was only able to get 2 bone in wings! I saw plenty of them on employee plates though. My granddaughter had boneless wings, one was still raw inside and she didn't eat any more. They only had one tiny tray for wings, which is not nearly enough to call it wing night. The salad bar was practically empty, and no lettuce! (I understand the current lettuce recall situation, but really??) The pizza was ok, but there was never a good selection, and usually only a piece or two of each left. The arcade was nice, but we never saw a single employee to help kids with the ticket winnings. After a great experience at another location, I hope the Paducah location improves.

  I love this place. I never expected to eat such good chicken at a pizza place. And the pizza is amazing. Great job.

  First time at this location, and we were very disappointed. We went during dinner time midweek, the place was not very busy. The buffet was mostly empty and what was there, was dried out and barely warm. The buffet itself was a disaster, cross contamination as far as spoons and tongs being used in different containers, there was corn all over, and mixed into the marinara sauce and when the worker refilled the sauce she just dumped fresh into the old stuff leaving the corn in. After waiting 10 or more minutes, i asked if they would be bringing anything fresh out anytime soon and was told in a snotty way, they were working on it. No pizzas were put out while we were there. We have enjoyed other pizza ranch locations and never had this kind of experience, not sure if this is normal for this location. Overall we were very disappointed.

  Great staff. Good food. My only qualm is that the chicken breasts and the wings can get a bit dry and the chips and wedges can run a bit salty.

  Customer service is horrible waited 25 for an order in the break room then no one proceeded to tell me the order had already been ready and waiting an additional 10 to 15 minutes. Honestly, they got a train better employees and they have young people that I just completed lazy there not doing their job don’t really care about the excuses. Just hire better or retrain them.
